"I began my weight loss journey in 2022; after gaining quite a bit of weight from a foot injury. From the moment I walked into Body Bliss I was met with compassion and understanding. I was ashamed of how much weight I had gained and I needed encouragement; which is what I got from both Kelsey and Tara. Body Bliss staff is professional, pleasant and friendly which put me at ease and made me feel like I was right where I needed to be! Over time I was able to meet my goal weight and keep it off occasionally taking “maintenance shots” (because vacation..haha). I am loving my progress! "I recently went in and Tara introduced me to my new love- DAXXIFY!!!! It is SOOOOOO much better than Botox!!! I noticed a bit of tightening within hours, had noticeable change in my Glabella within 6 hours, and now just 18 hours later, my deep lines in my Glabella (the dreaded 11’s) and my crows feet are GONE. I have never had a product work so fast and look so good. I am absolutely hooked!!!!! You NEED to call and book with Tara!!!! 37/10 stars!⭐️"

Tara is a MIRACLE worker! Not only does she explain EVERYTHING she does in vivid detail before she begins and treatment, she is so incredibly gentle as well. I would recommend her to ANYONE that needs to smooth out a wrinkle or two."
"I saw Tara for full face/lip filler. I saw immediate results not only physically but mentally as well. I can’t recommend Tara and Rylee (who assisted) enough. Their bedside manner was above and beyond. I could tell Tara truly cared about my experience, she made sure to take her time during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. "Nicole is Amazing!! I had a hip replacement 3 weeks ago and have been receiving Lymphatic Drainage sessions once a week from Nicole to assist with my healing. Words can't express how greatful I am to Nicole. I wasn't getting a full night's sleep for days due to my Post-Op symptoms. In our first session I drifted to sleep 3 times. Nicole's technique provided my body what it needed to recover quicker. Her caring personality helped me feel safe enough to drift to sleep. I'm so happy to be able to find this level of skill and service right here in Clinton."

"If you are looking for a Med Spa in the area look no further! I made a same day appointment for a Meyers Cocktail IV infusion at Body Bliss. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my services from start up o finish! I’ll admit my standards for health, beauty and wellness treatments are a little high being that I live in Las Vegas. But Tara delivered!! I was comfortable and treated with such care and kindness. I can’t wait to visit again when I’m in town. I’ll def be booking a hydrafacial and maybe some filler next time! If you are feeling run down or a little under weather I recommend trying one of their IV infusions. They are the only place within a few hours distance that offers this service. It had me feeling like myself again in no time!"

"I recently had my eyelashes tinted, I get to wake every am and not have to put on mascara. Heather is the best. I am loving the radical convenience of no eye makeup and not having white gray lashes. I highly recommend! I am really stepping out of my comfort zone. Tara Wood injected my temples and in seconds my headaches were gone. I highly recommend xeomin. Migraine headaches suck. Another benefit is I have no wrinkles."

"I won't name names, but I had a really horrible experience at a previous med spa that left me feeling judged and really uncomfortable. I was nervous coming here because of that, but I am glad I came here. I had such a wonderful experience, the staff were so warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental.
