Kelsey Lange is a dedicated advanced registered nurse practitioner (ARNP) with years of experience providing high-quality, compassionate care. She is a strong advocate for productive provider/patient relationships, taking the time to work with each client to better understand their needs and educate them on what they can expect from their treatment. Her guiding philosophy at Body Bliss Medical Spa is to deliver outstanding results with empathetic communication, a respectful attitude, and excellent customer service.
Kelsey is an experienced and dedicated nurse practitioner who values patient care. With her Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Bradley University, she is well-equipped to provide quality healthcare. Her 7 years of nursing experience and licensing in Iowa further demonstrate her commitment to her profession. Outside of work, Kelsey finds happiness in being a proud parent of five children and cherishes quality time spent with her family.

I saw Tara for full face/lip filler. I saw immediate results not only physically but mentally as well. I can’t recommend Tara and Rylee (who assisted) enough. Their bedside manner was above and beyond. I could tell Tara truly cared about my experience, she made sure to take her time during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. She really understood how much I was affected emotionally. I can’t recommend Tara and Body Bliss enough!
Venue: The entire staff is very caring and knowledgeable, and they greet every patient that walks in the door with a smile. Tara Wood: Tara is a MIRACLE worker! Not only does she explain EVERYTHING she does in vivid detail before she begins and treatment, she is so incredibly gentle as well. I would recommend her to ANYONE that needs to smooth out a wrinkle or two.
Venue: Body Bliss is the place to go if you are looking to pamper yourself with a facial, plump your lips with a little filler, or get rid of some plump in your rump! Tara Wood: Tara is Amazing. She knows her stuff and she’s a riot to chat with.
It was my first time getting lip filler and Tara talked me through absolutely everything and did such an amazing job and was so so kind. The receptionist made me feel so comfortable upon entering. Definitely will be coming back!
