How Does Massage Therapy Work?
Once it is time for your appointment, a member of our staff will lead you to one of our private massage rooms. Before giving you a few moments of privacy, we will ask you to disrobe to your comfort level and lie flat on the massage table. Once you're situated on the table and under the blanket, our staff will return to commence the massage. Each massage type will have different pressure levels, focus areas, and techniques. During the massage, patients may periodically be asked to make slight adjustments, such as rolling over. At the conclusion of the massage, we'll step back out of the room while you reclothe, after which you'll be free to go.
